Payments for coaching sessions, workshops, and digital programs are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For 1:1 coaching sessions:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered completed and are non‑refundable.

6. Refund Policy

Because all offerings provided by Be Truly Empowered are digital services (online coaching, workshops, and programs), refunds are generally not available once:

  • the service has been delivered,
  • the session has taken place,
  • or the workshop/program has started or access has been granted.
