For a long time, I searched for a safe space where I could finally lay down all the shields and defenses that had been protecting me for so long.

Where I was allowed to fall apart — and slowly rebuild myself again, softer, truer, more me.

For a long time, I believed such a space didn’t exist.

Until I realized it begins the moment you allow yourself to enter it.
