Package 1: Discovery Package

Duration: 3 weeks | Investment: 333€


Purpose: Begin your journey of self-awareness, understand inner patterns, recognize triggers, and take the first conscious steps out of autopilot living.

Ideal for:

  • New to coaching
  • Repeating patterns you don’t understand
  • Wanting clarity before going deeper


Week 1 – Becoming Aware of Autopilot

  • Observe autopilot behaviors and explore first conscious steps out of them
  • Identify real-life examples where autopilot is active
  • Create an initial plan for the journey ahead
  • Brief explanation of what happens internally (mind & body)

Homework:

  • Journal using the self-awareness guide
  • Write down thoughts, emotions, and situations
  • Observe people and events that show up until the next session


Week 2 – Understanding Triggers

  • Explanation of triggers
  • Track and understand the inner reaction cycle
  • Awareness of the connection between trigger → emotion → thought → reaction
  • Practical exercises to practice until the next session

Homework:

  • Continue journaling your reactions to triggers
  • Note patterns in your emotions, thoughts, and responses


Week 3 – Breaking Patterns

  • Understand unconscious patterns and how they are formed
  • Learn to recognize the moment a pattern activates
  • Example of consciously interrupting a pattern
  • First steps toward choosing a new, conscious response

Homework:

  • Practice interrupting one pattern consciously each day
  • Note the difference in your experience and reactions


Closing Reflection (very important – this is the heart-pull)

This package is not about fixing yourself.

It is about remembering that you were never broken.

It’s about slowing down enough to see what has been guiding your life from the background — and gently choosing something new, one moment at a time.

Awareness is where real change begins.


And this is your first step back to yourself.
